1. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability of flowers, containers, and delivery capacity.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
• Payment is due at checkout using accepted payment methods (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of an order confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

2. Product Variations and Substitutions

Flowers are natural products and may vary in color, size, and appearance from reference images. If a specific flower variety is unavailable, we may substitute with blooms of similar quality, style, color, and value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and integrity of the design. Significant substitutions will be communicated when possible.

3. Delivery

• Delivery areas and time windows are displayed at checkout.
• Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time), subject to availability.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (severe weather, traffic, recipient unavailability, etc.).
• If no one is available at the delivery address, we may leave the order in a safe location, with a neighbor, or return it to our studio.
• Delivery to hospitals, hotels, and businesses may have specific restrictions; contact us for details.

4. Changes and Cancellations

• Change requests should be submitted as early as possible before the scheduled delivery date.
• Orders may not be changeable once design work has begun or delivery preparation is underway.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery may receive a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee (typically 25-50% of order value).
• Wedding and large event orders have separate cancellation policies outlined in the service agreement.

5. Quality and Satisfaction

Fresh flowers are perishable products with a limited lifespan. If you have concerns about quality, freshness, or the condition of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the issue and may offer:

• A replacement arrangement
• A partial or full refund
• Store credit for a future purchase

Resolution is at our discretion based on the nature and severity of the issue.

6. Use of Website

• You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or to violate any regulations.
• You may not attempt to interfere with the website's security, performance, or functionality.
• Automated data collection (scraping, bots) is prohibited without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, floral designs, and branding—is protected intellectual property owned or licensed by BelleFlore. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content without our explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BelleFlore is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
